Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with Willow & Co Gifts. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
About Us Willow & Co Gifts operates at willowandcogifts.co.uk. We are a UK-based business selling personalised gifts and personalised books direct to consumers.
Placing an Order When you place an order with us you are making an offer to purchase a product at the price stated. We reserve the right to decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation by email — this confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when your order enters production.
All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Personalised Products All personalised products are made to your specification. You are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering. Please check names, messages and any other details carefully before submitting your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation details provided by the customer. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have made an error. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Postage charges are shown separately at checkout and are based on your chosen delivery method and order value. Please see our Delivery page for full details.
Payment Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.
Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within the lead times stated on individual product listings. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including Royal Mail service disruptions.

Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, which are exempt under the same regulations.
If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us via our contact page as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to return it in its original condition at your own cost before a refund can be issued.
Faulty or Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property All content on willowandcogifts.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Willow & Co Gifts and may not be reproduced without permission. All personalised book content produced by Willow & Co Gifts remains the intellectual property of Willow & Co Gifts. A licence to use the purchased book for personal, non-commercial purposes is granted to the customer upon purchase.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow & Co Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Privacy How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update shown above. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
