Frequently Asked Questions
How does personalisation work? When you add a product to your cart, you’ll see a personalisation field on the product page. Enter the name, message or details you’d like on the product — exactly as you want them to appear, including capitalisation. Your details are reviewed before production to make sure everything looks right.
Can I see a proof before my order goes into production? We don’t currently offer proofs for standard orders. Please check all spelling and details carefully in the personalisation field before placing your order. If you have a specific request or concern, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
How long will my order take? Production times vary by product — please check the individual product listing for lead times. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 working days on standard delivery, 1–2 working days on express, or next working day on next day delivery.
Can I return a personalised item? Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged, or we have made an error. Please see our Returns page for full details.
I’ve made a mistake in my personalisation — what do I do? Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. If your order hasn’t entered production we may be able to amend it. Once production has begun we are unable to make changes.
Do you deliver direct to the recipient? Yes. All orders are dispatched in plain packaging with no prices included, so you can send directly to the recipient as a gift.
Can I order for delivery outside the UK? We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
What if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
When will the personalised books be available? The personalised book range is in its final stages of production. Get in touch via the contact page to be notified when they launch.
