Two Ranges. Two Dispatch Timescales.
Willow & Co Gifts sells two distinct product ranges, each with its own dispatch process. Please check which applies to your order.
Willow & Co Handmade Products
Our handmade wall art, box frames, fairy doors, painted signs and home décor pieces are made to order in our own workshop. Please allow 2-3 working days for production before dispatch.
Widdop & Co Gift Range
Products from our Widdop & Co range are fulfilled directly by Widdop & Co, one of the UK’s most established gift suppliers. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day — in busier periods, including after public holidays, please allow 2-3 working days.
Standard Delivery per order across both ranges — £4.99
Plain Packaging
All orders arrive in plain outer packaging with no prices included — ideal for sending directly to the recipient. Some Widdop & Co products include branded retail packaging on the product itself, which is standard for those ranges.
Tracking
All Widdop & Co deliveries are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Track your order at royalmail.com or dpd.co.uk as applicable.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day.
Remote Postcodes
Delays may occur for the following postcodes with Royal Mail Tracked services: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE. If your order is time-sensitive and your postcode falls within this list, please contact us before ordering.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international delivery. UK mainland only.
