About Us
Willow & Co Gifts operates at willowandcogifts.co.uk. We are a UK-based business selling handmade home décor and gifts, and a curated range of gift products fulfilled by our supply partner Widdop & Co.
Placing an Order
When you place an order with us you are making an offer to purchase a product at the price stated. We reserve the right to decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation by email confirming we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Product Ranges and Fulfilment
Willow & Co Gifts sells two distinct ranges. Our handmade products are produced in our own workshop and dispatched by us directly. Our Widdop & Co gift range is fulfilled directly to you by Widdop & Co on our behalf. In all cases Willow & Co Gifts remains your retailer and your point of contact for any queries, issues or returns. We are responsible for all customer-facing obligations regardless of which range your order comes from.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is placed. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely via PayPal. We do not store card details.
Delivery
Delivery timescales vary depending on which product range your order comes from. Full details are set out on our Delivery page. Timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions or busy periods.
Returns and Refunds
Our full returns and refunds policy is set out on our Returns page and forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by our returns policy.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel a standard order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To exercise this right please contact us via our contact page. If the order has already been dispatched you will need to return it in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 28 days of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Intellectual Property
All original content on willowandcogifts.co.uk — including text, original artwork, images, logos and design — is the property of Willow & Co Gifts and may not be reproduced without permission. Product images and content relating to the Widdop & Co range remain the intellectual property of Widdop Bingham & Co Ltd and are used with permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow & Co Gifts shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update shown above.
