Every order placed with Willow & Co Gifts is personalised specifically for you and made to order. Please allow for production time before dispatch — this varies by product and is noted on each product listing.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services for UK orders:
Standard Delivery — £3.95 Dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr or Royal Mail 24hr. Delivered within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
Express Delivery — £5.95 Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Includes full tracking. Delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
Next Day Delivery — £7.95 Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched for next working day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivered Monday to Saturday.
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30.
Plain Cover Dispatch All orders are dispatched in plain packaging with no prices included — perfect for sending directly to the recipient as a gift.
Tracking Tracked orders can be followed at royalmail.com/track-your-item using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Remote Postcodes Please note that Royal Mail have updated their postcode exclusions for Tracked services. Delays may occur for the following postcodes: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, KW1–17, PA20–38, PA41–80, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE. If your order is time-sensitive and your postcode falls within this list, please contact us before ordering.
International Delivery We do not currently offer international delivery. UK mainland only.
